Airport & Transfers
Forrest or your designated driver will stand inside the arrivals hall holding a customized card displaying your name. We assist with all bags and guide you straight to the pre-conditioned vehicle.
We track all arrival flights in real-time. If your flight is delayed or rescheduled, we update your pickup schedule automatically. You don't need to stress, and there are absolutely no fees for delays.
Yes. While we recommend booking 24 hours prior, you can message us directly on WhatsApp (+1 784-454-1458) for on-demand transfers between hotels or restaurants when available.
Tours & Hikes
La Soufrière is a challenging, strenuous uphill hike taking 3–4 hours to reach the summit, and another 3 hours to descend. It features steep ash slopes and steps. Good physical fitness and proper trail footwear are required.
Yes. When booking our guided tours, all park entry permits, reservation tickets (such as for the Botanical Gardens, Dark View Falls, and Owia Salt Pond), and guiding fees are fully covered in your booking quote.
For safety reasons (especially regarding volcano trails and river crossings), tours may be rescheduled or altered in the event of severe weather. We coordinate with you directly to find alternative dates or adjust the route.
General & Payment
All payments are made in person on the day of service. We accept US Dollars (USD) cash, Eastern Caribbean Dollars (ECD), and major credit or debit cards.
We offer free cancellations up to 24 hours before your scheduled transfer or guided tour. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 25% administrative fee.
