1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website forresttaxitours.com and all services provided by Forrest Taxi & Tours ("we", "us", "our", "Forrest"), a transportation and guided tour business based in Kingstown, Saint Vincent & the Grenadines.
By submitting a booking request — whether via this website, WhatsApp, email, or phone — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a booking.
2. Our Services
Forrest Taxi & Tours provides the following services within Saint Vincent & the Grenadines:
- Airport and seaport transfers (arrival and departure)
- Island-wide taxi service
- Private chauffeur hire
- Cruise ship ground transportation
- Guided day tours (standard and customised)
- Charter vehicle hire (hourly, half-day, full-day)
All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion.
3. Bookings & Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive explicit written confirmation from Forrest via WhatsApp or email. Submitting a booking request through the website does not itself constitute a confirmed reservation.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided in your booking request is accurate, including travel dates, times, pickup locations, and passenger numbers. We are not liable for service failures resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
We will make every reasonable effort to confirm bookings within 2 hours of receipt during operating hours.
4. Payment
All payments are made in person at the time of service. We accept cash (Eastern Caribbean Dollars and US Dollars) and major credit/debit cards.
No online payment or advance deposit is required to secure a booking. Quoted prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to revise prices for bookings made well in advance, and will notify you of any changes before your trip.
Price estimates provided on the website are indicative. Final prices are confirmed at the time of booking confirmation.
5. Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties:

Cancellation fees apply only if we are unable to rebook the reserved vehicle time. We are always happy to reschedule at no cost with 24+ hours notice.

6. Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward the driver and other passengers. We reserve the right to terminate a journey without refund if a passenger is:
- Threatening, abusive, or violent toward the driver or others
- Under the influence of alcohol or drugs to a degree that poses a safety risk
- Causing or likely to cause damage to the vehicle
- Acting in any way that jeopardises the safety of the journey
Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during their trip and may be charged accordingly.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles.
7. Liability
Forrest Taxi & Tours carries full public liability insurance for all passengers. In the event of an accident, passengers should note the vehicle registration and contact details and report the incident to the relevant authorities.
We are not liable for:
- Loss or damage to personal belongings carried in the vehicle
- Delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, or events outside our control
- Missed flights, ferries, or other connections due to circumstances beyond our control
- Indirect or consequential losses of any kind
Our maximum liability in any claim is limited to the price paid for the service in question.
8. Force Majeure
We will not be held liable for failures to perform our services where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, volcanic eruptions, severe weather, government restrictions, road closures, civil unrest, or public health emergencies.
In force majeure situations, we will offer a full rescheduling without penalty or a full refund at our discretion.
9. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly first. We aim to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly, usually within 5 business days.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saint Vincent & the Grenadines. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Saint Vincent & the Grenadines.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
